What is a Chapter of the Metallica Club?

A chapter is set up by two or more members. A true chapter is registered with Metallica Club, which this chapter is. I am the one who gets to organize this chapter.

Membership into my chapter is free.

With many changes in my life, I have not kept up this chapter like I should. With luck, I should get things rolling again real soon. Thanks for being patient.
